#Why Private Jobs are better than Government Jobs

In private sector job each day is challenging, new and filled with adventures. On other hand government job is mundane and dull and every day one has to work on the same pattern. It takes a long time to your job profile to be changed. Concept of promotion is totally different in both the sectors. Transfers are given on promotions. Private jobs are for the person who likes to accept challenges and hard work in life. There is a vast difference between the work culture of a private andgovernment job.In private sector your work profile keeps changing according to the progress in your career.  The professionals or colleagues are always supportive in the private sector. Government job environment is not enabling where as private job has a friendly environment.  In a government job if you have a reference then an inferior employee can supersede a superior one. You will have to accept without any complain whereas in private jobs the promotions are based on merits and your job performance. In private jobs you get lots of remuneration and incentives which helps you in fulfilling your necessity. But in government job your salary is fix and increments are too little .there is no limitation of earning remuneration in a private job.Today"s generation are more inclined towards the private job as they find it more glamorous and quick promoting. Government itself is not capable of providing jobs to millions of youth, because of limited seats in each segment, but in private sector there are very high scopes. In a government job you cannot develop your personality because there is no such work-culture as present in a private job. After working in a private sector you become confident, develop your personality and can lead a life with positive aspect.  In Government sector senior officials give a damn about their employees because their well-being is not going to affect the government. In private sectors employees are treated as assets because they only increase the productivity of the company and makes it profitable. so for growing faster financially strong and leading hassle  free live private jobs are the best to be chosen.
